(Moving an existing contract is a contract transfer, so it needs the consultant's agreement — we run a short onboarding to make it clean.)

No. The platform is built to run the workforce you already have. Sourcing new specialists is available as flexible extra capacity when you need more — but it's a feature, not the whole product.

Before anyone works through the platform, we verify liability insurance, proof of independent business, qualifications and GDPR compliance, and hold the documentation on file. These checks are re-validated for every engagement.

You receive one consolidated invoice per engagement, with VAT handled correctly — including reverse charge for cross-border work within the EU. We pay each specialist separately.
